Teddy Kollek on Israeli-Arab Relations 8/31/1950

I was never a huge Teddy Kollek fan, but as Rafi points out, he did build up Yerushalayim.  Further, I love this piece below that I found on pdf page 330/document page 987 here.  The person asking him questions is Mr. Rockwell, who was apparently in the US State Department, whose title was the Officer in Charge of Palestine, Israel, and Jordan Affairs.  Why what he says is no longer obvious to all, I don't know.
