Sources for Selling to Non-Jews in Israel

Rambam and relevant Peirush

Shulhan Aruch

Rav Herzog Zt"l held that it doesn't apply in a democratic country, and the Tzohar rabbis agree.

Many other rabbis don't agree with that Heteir.

Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu is absolutely right. I cannot believe that the Erev Rav in the Knesset are condemning the Rabbi's psak halacha. Slowly but surely the arabs are taking over this country. Not only are the Palestinians trying to create a state in Yesha, but the so-called Israeli arabs are taking over our cities. Whether it is Tzfat, Tiberias, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv,or Beer Sheva, the arab Israelis are moving into our cities. When the Carmel was on fire, the so-called Israeli Arabs were celebrating and dancing in the street. Also, Abbas has said many times that if a Palestinian state was created in Yesha, then no Jews would be allowed to live there. And we should not let any arabs live in Eretz Yisrael period. Isn't it enough that the arabs own the entire Middle East? The answer is no. They are trying to take over the entire world. Just this week Geert Wilders,a Dutch politician, was delivering a speech in Israel, warning us not to create a Palestinian state in Yesha and not to cave in to world pressure. His message was that Jordan is Palestine and that Palestine is Jordan. What a wake-up call.
We must support Rabbi Eliyahu in all his efforts to save Eretz Yisrael. May Ha-shem bless Rav Shmuel Eliyahu and all the Jews who have the courage to stand up to the arabs.
Enough is enough. We need a strong leader like Rabbi Eliyahu to stand up to the Erev Rav and to all the Goyim who want to destroy Eretz Yisrael chas ve shalom.

Israel's big mistake is that it is a democracy. As a matter of fact, the concept of democracy goes against the teachings of the Torah. Israel should be ruled according to Torah law with Rabbis at its head.
The King should be a Torah scholar and a descendant of King David.
The people and especially the arabs should have absolutely no say as to who should be King.
So lets end this whole idea of democracy that is hurting us a lot more than it is helping us.
