As seen on his website, someone asked Rav Mutzafi what we are to do in the wake of the terrible pain:

Speaking to the media on Tuesday morning 3 Tammuz, HaGaon HaRav Bentzion Mutzafi Shlita explained the boys, Gilad Shaar, Naftali Frenkel and Eyal Yifrach HY”D were chosen to be a kapora for Am Yisrael.
“This is a most difficult gezeira that was decided as a kapora for Am Yisrael” explained the rav, adding “These holy boys, the kedoshim, were selected as a kapora for the people. We were all awakened to do teshuvah, to do a tikun, to learn more Torah, to kedusha, tahara, and we call to soften the ‘Midas HaDin that has befallen us”.
The posek added “This is a very big עת רצון, an opportune time, a time when the three kedoshim are sacrificed, a churban Beis HaMikdash, a kapora for all, an awakening and a chizuk that began on the Shabbos on which we learned about the spies (Parshas Korach) until Parsha Balak where we are taught הֶן-עָם לְבָדָד יִשְׁכֹּן, וּבַגּוֹיִם לֹא יִתְחַשָּׁב (lo, it is a people that shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations),
This makes us unique from all the nations and together, united, we will march forward to greet Moshiach”.
The rav then turned to security forces with a message, telling them “We are Jews, Bnei Yisrael, we are sons of HKBH and remember His Name and He will be there to assist”.

Yes, I thought the Rav spoke very well.
They have posted online the call to 100 and you can hear gunshots (at least that's what it sounded like). So if the police heard it, and the IDF heard it, heads should roll! Those answering the line leave a lot to be desired.

Funny, I thought we're supposed to just stop hating each other for no reason.
Could be wrong, but I don't recall a single statement in the Gemara or Medrashim connecting salvation to tikun, kedusha, or tahara.

I have a theory.... it may be totally off-course, but I'll post it here anyway....
The boys were kidnapped [and probably murdered on the same day] on 12th June. Their levaya was on Gimel Tamuz.
I have used one English date, and one Jewish calendar date... for a reason.
12th June was the english calendar date, in 1994, of the Rebbe's passing. It was also Gimel Tamuz 5754.

I believe there is a connection with all this.

Mby lives according to gra . Meaning if mby dies another will be chosen . For example Rabbi Meir David Chai Kahane Ztzl is gematria 566 = mashiach ben yosef . Meaning he was MBY but we were far from meriting Rav Kahne of Blessed Memory so he was killed . The rav spoke well these were kedoshime strong sparks of mby . I'd like to see a single quote from any source stating that the Jews achieving kedusha, tahara, or tikun will cause the salvation.
Of course there are many that reference justice, charity for the weak, no idol worship, no baseless hatred, etc.
And, not POSKIM, Tanach, Medrash, or Gemara.
Just a single citation would be grand.
And, yes sexual immorality (i.e. adultery), too, but there is nothing that says that if Jews achieve some abstract Kedusha/Tahara/Tikun.
For me, that's just new age gobblygook that is a misdirection.
Let's hit it head on: No hating (i.e. denigrating, disparaging, or feeling superior to) another Observant Jew because they hold of different haskafo or psak halacha.
Do this, Moshiach will come - If you keep chasing abstractions, he will not.

First of all, from your first statement, you simply mention "salvation". Now, you're talking "The Salvation", as in Mashiah.
I'm still trying to understand where your beef lies. Who is saying that achieving Kedusha & Tahara will bring Mashiah? It's probably true and sources can probably be found for that, but who is saying that that you feel you need to protest?
Rav Mutzafi certainly didn't say that. He mentioned Kedusha and Tahara as what we did - how we did Teshuva. Then, he mentions that through the unity we achieved, we will march forward to greet Mashiah.
BTW, Rav Mutzafi is the last person to hold of "new age gobblygook". He is constantly going after the "Babas" and fake Kabbalists.
