Bats and Bidud 2

See Part 1, where I reached the 1154th word after the word העטלף in Shemini to produce an interesting gematria.

If I continue the count from the word העטלף until the 1290th word, I get to the word ימים from Vayikra 13:54:

נד  וְצִוָּה, הַכֹּהֵן, וְכִבְּסוּ, אֵת אֲשֶׁר-בּוֹ הַנָּגַע; וְהִסְגִּירוֹ שִׁבְעַת-יָמִים, שֵׁנִית.54 then the priest shall command that they wash the thing wherein the plague is, and he shall shut it up seven days more.
This may be an interesting take on the verse in Daniel 12:11:
יא  וּמֵעֵת הוּסַר הַתָּמִיד, וְלָתֵת שִׁקּוּץ שֹׁמֵם--יָמִים, אֶלֶף מָאתַיִם וְתִשְׁעִים.11 And from the time that the continual burnt-offering shall be taken away, and the detestable thing that causes appalment set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

Perhaps, it's saying that from the time that the everyday prayers being said in the synagogue were removed due to the placement of a detestable bat in someone's mouth, which is forbidden by the Torah - you need to count 1290 words from that Torah prohibition until you reach ימים.  At that point of the Torah, it is telling people to quarantine for a second set of 7 days, making 14 days altogether, and cleanse our spiritual Nega'im from our souls.  But the virus doesn't affect everyone simultaneously so we need to wait.

Now, if you count backwards 1335 words from והעטלף in Devarim 14:18:
יח  וְהַחֲסִידָה, וְהָאֲנָפָה לְמִינָהּ; וְהַדּוּכִיפַת, וְהָעֲטַלֵּף.18 and the stork, and the heron after its kinds, and the hoopoe, and the bat.
you get to the word אחרית from the verse in Devarim 11:12:
יב  אֶרֶץ, אֲשֶׁר-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ דֹּרֵשׁ אֹתָהּ:  תָּמִיד, עֵינֵי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בָּהּ--מֵרֵשִׁית הַשָּׁנָה, וְעַד אַחֲרִית שָׁנָה.  {ס}12 a land which the LORD thy God careth for; the eyes of the LORD thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year. {S}
In Daniel, in verse 8, he asks about the Aharit - the end:
ח  וַאֲנִי שָׁמַעְתִּי, וְלֹא אָבִין; וָאֹמְרָה--אֲדֹנִי, מָה אַחֲרִית אֵלֶּה.  {פ}8 And I heard, but I understood not; then said I: 'O my lord, what shall be the latter end of these things?' {P}
And after talking about the 1290 words until the word "ימים" in verse 11 which we just discussed, the reply is (in verse 12):
יב  אַשְׁרֵי הַמְחַכֶּה, וְיַגִּיעַ:  לְיָמִים--אֶלֶף, שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת שְׁלֹשִׁים וַחֲמִשָּׁה.12 Happy is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
When we reach the "אחרית הימים" - the End of "Days" - i.e., the end of the bat-induced coronavirus represented by the word "ימים" (as we saw in verse 11), we will truly be fortunate to have waited until the end as we will have counted the 1335 words backwards to see Hashem's providence over His land (the verse in Devarim 11:12 above), which will (BE"H) have been spared (and is B"H already being spared) the brunt of the virus.

יג  וְאַתָּה, לֵךְ לַקֵּץ; וְתָנוּחַ וְתַעֲמֹד לְגֹרָלְךָ, לְקֵץ הַיָּמִין.  {ש}13 But go thou thy way till the end be; and thou shalt rest, and shalt stand up to thy lot, at the end of the days.' {P}
Indeed, we need to wait for the end and rest at home, do a spiritual cleansing, and see what Hashem has in store for us at the קץ הימין, which Rashi says is synonymous with "אחרית הימים".

Then again, אין מקרא יוצא מידי פשוטו, and huge world events may be occurring at the same time.  So, it's no coincidence that the "אחרית ה"ימים is occurring during the אחרית הימים. Stay tuned.

14 days of quarantine.

But, I take it you're asking when the virus is over for everyone. That's unknown to man.

Also, even though we work on Hashem's plan and not ours, if one understands classic modeling for viruses, such as Sars-Covid, there is usually an uptick in the fall....
In other words, more than likely, this isn't over yet...
Use this time wisely and do teshuvah-correct character traits and such...
