Who is "yaak"? I'm a half-Sepharadi, half-Ashkenazi, Haredi Zionist. I have a masters degree in computer science and Semicha. BA"H Mash'ala, I'm married to a wonderful wife with 6 great children. The end of the gemara explicitly refers to Mashiah's coming, so it's referring to the future.
Neshama, it uses the name "Paras".
Neshama, even according to scientists Iranians and Germans are brothers. They belong to the Indo-European family.
The Zohar (and also Science) says that the climate influences physical appearance of people, and that's why Iranians and Germans look totally different.
