Who is "yaak"? I'm a half-Sepharadi, half-Ashkenazi, Haredi Zionist. And where did the Mayan's get their information, from the gods of which they expected to return from above. It's interesting that every major ancient culture got their information from the 'gods'and they all offered sacrifices of different varieties for the 'gods' to return.
Also, it's not the end, it's the end of a cyclical age suggesting a new cycle will begin in Dec.
