rabbi pinto calls the book Hilchot Eretz Yisrael...
i think this means he hasn't seen the sefer inside.
The reference made to the prediction by Rav Auerbach zt"l of 80 years should take into consideration your recent post from Rav Fish stating that the Zohar Hakodesh talks of our years being one year off. All the predictions we saw about 5772 (including this one) are more likely 5773.
Thank you for the insight you provide that we are truly in the end of days and very close to the Geula. All the righteous who see your blog, who take the information as messages from Hashem and do what they need to in order to bring about Tekun Haolam, will surely be happy they read your blog. Not necessarily. That's what most of the Rishonim called it, even if it is really a mistake. See here and the footnote on the following page.

However, just for the record, 80 years after 1922 is 2002 - not 2012. In the post I linked to, I wrote:
80 is very close in relative terms, Bimhera Veyameinu. Alternatively, 9/11 could be considered the beginning of the end of the exile.
It is also possible that he based these 80 years on the Hesed Le'Avraham who mentioned the year 5760, based on the number of "eggs" in a Mikveh. If this is the case, he was expecting Tehiyat Hameitim by that time, which unfortunately didn't happen.
You are absolutely correct and it tells me that I should be more careful posting messages at 4AM (especially at my age). I do believe however, that 911 was a very significant event in the Geula process.
