my friend who is 70 looks like 50 told me about the secret of good health and to live long. I tried that exercise last night (I was very tired coming back from work to home) and felt fresh after that. :) enjoy life!!

" The difference between Tropicana and other orange juices is that Tropicana blends up the orange peel to make the juice as well while most companies do not use the peel. The peel has most of the problem with the bugs. If I drank OJ, and because of the skins, I would pour the OJ thru the strainers they sell in the Shuk Dakar for this purpose, with a heksher from the Eida!
