Hi All. While we sit around waiting for Moshiach to happen, here's something we can do now. As we know Motzei Shviis Ben Dovid Ba, and Motzzei Shviis is also called the year of Halhel. Especially this year when this year of Hakhel is also Yovel.
Kabbalistically, these are related, Hakhel is the 8th year, which corresponds to Binah, and Yovel is the 50th year, corresponding to the 50 Gates of Binah, and of course the Pardes states the Binah is also called Yovel, etc.
Binah is also the gateway to the level of Mekifim, which Moshiach is called so because of his anointment in oil, corresponding to Chochmah, Mekifim of Aba. There I go again, stop now.
Bottom line thing to do - the Rebbe in 5748 suggested and asked we make lists where Jews can sign up and become part of the whole. The Rebbe explains this is the inner meaning of the mitzvah of Hakhel, that any time a Jew joins a larger community he is fulfilling all the deep kabbalistic intentions associated with Hakhel. And this helps bring the geula in a big way.
I have created a site where Jews can sign up and choose one of 10 mitzvah resolutions, which they will be reminded of monthly. I plan to take the list of those names to the Rebbe's Ohel for a brocha in all their inyonim.
