Rav Chaim Kanievsky Shlit"a's Daily Learning Schedule
Kikar notes that Rav Chaim Kanievsky Shlit"a's grandson revealed his grandfather's daily learning schedule:
- Tikkun Hatzot (in the wee hours of the morning)
- A Daf of Zohar
- Peri Etz Hayim
- Books of the Leshem
- Tehillim
- A chapter of Nach
- 3 Daf of Mishna Berura
- 3 chapters of Rambam
- 5 Daf of Shulhan Aruch
- 8 Daf of Talmud Bavli (including the small Mesechtot)
- After every chapter of gemara, he learns the Tosefta of that chapter
- Talmud Yerushalmi that corresponds to the Bavli that he learned that day (sometimes could be 50 Daf and sometimes could be nothing)
- On Fridays and Shabbat, he adds other set learning
- With his spare time, he adds other miscellaneous learning and other Mesechtot that he learns when he is going to rest
