Reb Chaim’s Chizuk to Klal Yisroel
When asked what message he had for klal Yisroel at this time and for a chizuk for the Jews of chutz la’aretz (the Diaspora), Harav Kanievsky solemnly declared: “The coming of Moshiach is immanent and he is on his way… It is stated in the Talmud that after the conclusion of the shmitta year Ben Dovid (the scion of Dovid) will come.” He then added that the avreichim of Shas Yiden will be among the first to welcome Moshiach Tzidkeinu. All left the 7th siyum of Shas Yiden with a message of hope and bitachon for klal Yisroel.

A bit more respect for Harav Hatsadik veHakadosh, Sar HaTorah, Rav Chaim Kanievsky shlita.
"Reb Chaim" really isn't cutting it.
And I'm not chareidi, but B"D can recognise a gadol.
Strangely enough this is how HaRav and others are affectionately called. When speaking to them directly all speak with the utmost respect.
