What's new is that he knows that he is Mashiah. Each person who is destined to be Mashiah does not know beforehand of his destiny until it is the appointed time.

Okay.. but so many have done and are still doing teshuva. Even many
Non Jews too. So is he waiting for every human to do test ?
If so, I doubt every human will do that. What is now is a
Iot of people have done and doing teshuva and turning to Hashem .
May Hashem have mercy on all of us. Amen
Oh... many have in the past and now too proclaim, they are the mesiah...
Will just wait till Mesiah comes. Till then, pray, do teshuva, and be kind to others, harbour no ill feeliings, or say these people are bad, or that person etc;
Do not condemn either others who are not Jewish..
Jews have to be light... must stop being blight..
