A More conservative Prediction
(Yes, that's "conservative" with a small "c".) That is, its predictions are not as bold (meaning soon-to-happen) as others that I've reported in the past like from here or here. But, it's very interesting nonetheless.
Here it is from Moshe Lerman. However, you probably should read this piece of his first to understand certain parts.

If you read this well, it is not so different from the other predictions, which want us to wait after the fall of Bavel. We know that waiting can take 45 "days", i.e. probably years.
Lerman could have added that "the other murder" (see http://www.geocities.com/m_lock_2000/funerals.htm) was two moadim of 1290 years after 3175, and after that we must wait 45 years.
In one of your links they try to reason that the Chesed Avraham's 5760 years after Yetsira is really the year 5765.
It is more likely more pashut: 5760 years after Yetsira is the year 5761. Then the "days of Moshiach" start, which take minimally 40 years (according to the Gemara, see Lerman's article), and that ends up in 5801, just like Lerman's calculation.
BTW, the year 5761 is the start of the 49th generation of 120 years, the generation of Moshiach. This is the Shita of Moshe Lerman himself! I wonder why he did not write this.
