Danon, I just mean it's a good one.
The water-powered engine is one instance of the "free energy" machines that can easily be proven impossible by Physics. In brief, it takes more energy to split water into Hydrogen and Oxygen than the energy supplied by the Hydrogen to power the fuel cell.

HOH is water, usually written H2O. There is only one kind of water. Water has no stable excited states. It can therefore not absorb energy in a reversabile way. It can only absorb energy by becoming hot. It is a hoax.
