Rain on 5 Tevet

Tuesday was the 5th of Tevet. It rained in Israel.
Last year, on the 5th of Tevet, it rained.
The year before, on the 5th of Tevet, it rained.
In fact, it rained every year on the 5th of Tevet - even in years of severe drought - since the passing of the Sadigerer Rebbe on the 5th of Tevet, 5721 - over 45 years ago.
The Sadigerer Rebbe's last words were, "Am Yisrael needs rain!"
The power of the righteous is greater in death than in life.

Wow, and considering that the present Admor of Sadigura stood up against so many to try and stop the impoverishment and the idiocy of the expulsion from Gush Katif, it makes sense that it would rain in the merit of such a line of tzaddikim. By the way, I think that Sharon's incapacitation, his 2nd stroke, took place on the 5th of Tevet. You have made my day. Thank you.

B"H Not to take away from the z'khuth of the Sadigerer Rebbe, I would like to add that Rav Binyamin & Talia Kahane HY"D were murdered on 5 Teveth, six years ago, in addition to the above-mentioned occurrences.
