מחה אמחה

The end of the Perasha says:

כי מחה אמחה את זכר עמלק מתחת השמים

Rav Shmueli in his shiur (at the 45:20 mark) said that the word אמחה is roshei teivot for those involved in wiping out Amalek throughout every Geula we've had.

I still don't understand, these guys are not here, or are they here already?
How could someone be here 40 years before the Geula and NOT have been brought back to earthly life?

Unless they are reincarnated in the bodies of people living? What am I missing?
