Cool 2 Million ₪ For Apartment Above Rav Ovadia
Apparently, the apartment above Rav Ovadia Yosef Shlit"a is going for 2 million shekel.
I'm interested. Anyone got that amount to spare?
On second thought, if I find out that my kids running back and forth in the apartment is bothering Rav Ovadia from his Torah learning, I'd be mortified.
Well, it's too late anyways - it looks like a prospective buyer is closing in on the deal.

Actually, I do not think that 2 million shekels is that much higher than the regular market price of a three room apartment with a 60 square meter terrace in Har Nof.
