Kind of puts those tornadoes downstate in a new light, right?

but it really is a formality Ya'ak. Civil Union with identical rights is simply marriage with another name. Now add up all the states with homosexual marriages and Civil Unions with identical rights, and how many do you get?

Actually the name is spelled Aidel or Udel, or Eidel, meaning gentle, soft or fine, as in an eidele personality. That's how I learned it in Boro Park.

R' Dov,

I wasn't going to go there, but a commenter on the tornado post mentioned it, and it's an interesting point. Hurricane Sandy was also close to NY State legalizing it too.

I don't think I agree with you that civil unions are just as bad. This is measurably worse, IMHO.

Neshama,

You're right, but etymologically, it's the same. This site says that the name "Adelle" is of German origin.

Sorry, Sandy was over a year later. My mistake.
