Rav Yitzhak Yosef: Recite Avinu Malkeinu at Shaharit and Minha

Kikar tells us that Rishon Letzion Rav Yitzhak Yosef Shlit"a has called for all to recite Avinu Malkeinu at both Shaharit and Minha until we hear news of the cessation of attacks on residents of Eretz Yisrael.

Kikar says that similar calls were made by his father Rav Ovadia Yosef ZT"L during Cast Lead.  I have links that show that these calls were made during Amud Anan and during the 2nd Lebanon War.
