But, parole is not relevant for Pollard because his judge, his prosecutor and the government are on record in his sentencing docket as emphatically denying early release at any date, making it certain he will be refused."

I hope you are going to do a better reference to the Har Nof Synagogue pogrom by local Arabs ?!
A great Rabbi and several mispalelim murdered and in critical condition. This reminds me of the Rav Kook students who were murdered. And both the terrorists came from the same Arab village.
