Of all the stories above worth reading about, the events in Teiman are worth following closely since those events are the final Shofar blast before Mashiach ben David arrives. In Musaph Rosh HaShanah, there are ten pasukim revolving around the Inyan of Shofarot. The first 3 from the Torah deal exclusively with Matan Torah. The 3 from Ketuvim deal with service in the Beit HaMikdash and the associated shofar and Chatzotzrot blasts along with the "effect" that blowing the Shofar causes HaShem on Rosh HaShanah to ascend form his Kiseh HaDin to His Kiseh HaRachamim. So the Shofarot pasukim in ketuvim have an annual effect at the specific times of year when Shofarot are blown. The 3 shofar blasts in Nevi'im deal exclusively with three events at the End of Days. If the Vilna Gaon can be understood correctly, the first two nevu'ot of shofar blasts occurred in 5750 and 5751 with two aspects of the ingathering of the Exiles associated with the two years that are 3/4 of the way through the 6th millennium as if it were high noon on Yom Shishi. The 2nd blast most definitely refers to Op. Shlomo to ingather the remaining Ethiopian Jews who are the nidachim b'Eretz Mitzraim referred to in the 2nd of the 3 prophetic pasukim. The Ethiopian Jews even had an oral tradition that 200 years after Menelik the son of the Malka Shwa and shlichim from the Tribe of Dan converted Ethiopian Jews to Judaism, their community was strengthened by "Senchariv's porters" from Sheivet Naftali, Dan, and Asher who were no longer needed by the Assyrians after they sacked Memphis in Southern Mitzraim. They were cast off by Senchariv's Army and wandered southward toward Gondar and Lake Tana, the source of the Blue Nile in Ethiopia. Op. Shlomo was in 5751. Therefore by the end of 5751, two of the three shofar blasts had already occurred. The last one is about Teiman and clearly refers to what is happening now. Being a Biblical event, it is worth paying close attention to since it is the Last of the Great Propetic Shofar blasts.
Looking at the first two prophetic pasukim in Shofarot, it seems that the first shofar blast was in 5708 with the founding of the State of Israel. It refers to a general large scale ingathering of exiles which did occur starting in 5708 from the Sephardic world along with the remnant of Ashkenazic Jews from the Shoah. The 2nd blast was in 5750 and 5751 per the Vilna Gaon's description of the Ingathering of the Exiles that would begin at that time. The difference between pasuk 1 and pasuk 2 is that the first pasuk is a ke'ilu pasuk referring to the ingathering from 5708 until about 5712 as an "As If" a shofar were sounded. The Shofar Blast in 5750 and 5751 was the real thing, a real shofar blast in Shamayim. The 3rd one is what is left.
