That reads:

"Partly cloudy skies, with gusty winds developing during the afternoon.  High 63F.  Winds W at 20 to 30 mph."

The weather for the night is not forecast to be as windy:  "Winds WNW at 10 to 20 mph."  But who knows?

Keri'at Yam Suf:

וַיּוֹלֶךְ יְהוָה אֶת-הַיָּם בְּרוּחַ קָדִים עַזָּה כָּל-הַלַּיְלָה

and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all the night
