Yeranen Trivia Contest #2

After the last contest was won by the first commenter, we'll see how everyone does on this one. As with last contest, you get a mention (with a link, if applicable) in a new post as your prize.

Here we go:

This year, Yom Ha'atzma'ut is a Mukdam (the holiday is pushed up) to Thursday - the 3rd of Iyyar - because the 5th of Iyyar falls out on Shabbat. This makes the 3rd of Iyyar one day of the year that some years Tahanun is said, and others, Hallel is said (assuming your synagogue says Hallel). Name another date of the Hebrew calendar that has nothing to do with Yom Ha'atzma'ut where some years Tahanun is said, while some years Hallel is said.
