R' Lazer Brody: Generation of Mashiah

R' Gil Student: Jerusalem Unification Day (Also, see the comments section)

Latest Prediction from Tsunami Kabbalist (unverified)

Let's hope that on this 39th year after the reunification of Yerushalayim, we will have already received the 39 lashes, and our sins will have been atoned for, so we can now greet Mashiah Tzidkenu in a Yerushalayim HaBenuya, Amen.

Regarding the generation of the Tower of Bavel, I think a similar idea is hinted at here (near the end): http://www.israelnationalnews.com/article.php3?id=2527

Why do Charedi Jews refuse to spread out and settle the Land? The secret is in their souls. The coin of apikorsos, my friend, has two sides: one secular, one "frum".

According to the Netziv, imposed intellectual conformity was one of the basic sins in the tower of Bavel.

See how the leftist media impose their ways. See how the Charedi rabbis do the same. See the number of book bans, Rav Slifkin, Rav Noson Kaminetzky.

Censorship, brainwashing... George Orwell prophesized about the end of times, about the State of Israel. It is fantastic how not a single Moshiach watcher dares to point a finger towards the "frum" leaders. Terrified of "Bizui Talmidei Chachamim", or of "Lashon Hara", holy concepts turned into Big Frum Brother's major weapons.

Anonymous,

You don't give up, do you? Why don't you understand that Sinat Hinam can only hurt our chances of Geula - not help it? Why don't you understand that calling hareidim the Eirev Rav (which I'm not saying you did - but implied) is a terrible sin which Teshuva would be difficult for? Why don't you understand that Hareidi Jews do spread out and settle the land? Why don't you understand that the topics you discussed in the comments have absolutely nothing to do with the post? Why don't you understand that I wish you would spew your hate elsewhere?

As a response to the Haskala, the dominating brand of orthodox Judaism has created its own closed "we know it all" world, and has as a result been reduced to what, if you are honest, also you must know: The truth has all but disappeared, and orthodox Jews are in the forefront fighting the truth is out there, banning books, joining evil governments, selling the Land for money, to propagate Torah study that largely avoids validation of its truth.

The Rambam, the Gra, the Truly Great, they told us to study the sciences and Chachmot HaOlam as a MUST for Torah study, but in the Torah world of our times scientific illiteracy is the rule. True Kabbala became wrong mysticism, lead to Chabad messianism, and now to Moshiach-this-year. It is falsehood, Yaak. Falsehood I hate, you I love.

Rav Brody mentions that our time is a gilgul of the Dor of the Tower of Bavel. I agree with the message, and gave you a sound perspective that you did not know. You do not like it, because it implies criticism on circles that you declare holy. It is your privilege, but do not say that what I write is not related to the post.

Finally, I respect your wish. This is your blog. This was my last message. May you and yours be blessed.

Anonymous,

I'll grant you that it was somewhat related to the post, although it's very doubtful that that was the intent of R' Lazer.
I do not wish that you stop commenting, only that it is done in a respectful manner to parts of the Torah world which may not share your view. There are 12 tribes, each with its own path of serving Hashem. No one way is the only way. Eilu V'eilu Divrei Elokim Hayim. It is not helpful to denigrate the Hareidi world. Ahdut is the key - perhaps to be Metakken the sins of the Dor Hapelaga.

Emet is The Key to reach True Unity. For one, unity around falsehood is worse than lack of unity. But beyond that, Emet is The Weapon to defeat those that prevent unity. To achieve unity certain spiritual powers have to be fought. To identify them, look at the forces that fight the Sanhedrin, after all the Divinely the ordained Kli to achieve unity. Anshei Amana will use Emet to do the fighting. HaMevin Yavin. Emet is that "peace processes" supported by the left and certain frum parties have only created death, and substantial threat of much more death, Chas V'Shalom. Emet is that there was no Cheshbon made, not at the left, not among the frum. People of truth demand such Cheshbon. There cannot be unity without it. Emet is also that these same frum circles cannot reconcile their teachings with Emet that comes from the sciences or from science-based history. Emet may strike you wrong, I realize. Get used to it. There is a lot of this stuff coming up. It is not only me. I promise you.
