When I first read Tshuva, I thought it's some kind of a teshuva movement but the sentence didn't make sense - Las Vegas plans 5 billion Teshuva project????
Then I read the article and realized Tshuva is a person who desperately needs to do Teshuva!!!!!!

5 billion sounds pretty good for israels poor and homeless,,,,,what a nuckle head,,,,,makes the goy slander of the fat jew all to real,,,,,why are we doing this ......the mitzvot the man could do in yerushaliem with the poor rather then there souls be cast away to the kind missionaries,,,,,jeremiah and isaiah mourn !
