Geula Update from Rav Fish - Stage 2 of Geula in 5786
Rav Fish has an essay with many Remazim on how the building of the 3rd Beit Hamikdash will take place in 5786. Check it out (pages 6-10).
Also, on page 12 there, he has an essay by Rav S. Hadar, who says that the conjunction of 7 Adar 1 and the end of Shovevi"m Ta"t is very rare and won't take place for another 21 years, and there are Remazim to go along with that idea.

what is stage 1 and what is stage 2?
my Hevruta told me today, that his sister who lives in EY said to him, that she heards recently from a business man who wants to leave EY for business and he asked Rav Kanievsky Shlita for advise. And Rav told him NOT to leave now, because Mashiah will come soon.

In short, Moshiach ben Yosef is stage 1 and Moshiach ben David is stage 2.
