Please Pray WorldWide at 7PM Israel Time for the Boys

Kikar reports that Chief Rabbi Rav David Lau Shlit"a is calling for people worldwide to pray at 7PM Israel time - at the same time that there will be a massive prayer rally at the Kotel.  

He was in contact with the RCA and Chief Rabbi Goldstein of South Africa and is asking the thousands of Chabad Shluchim to take part in this prayer.
